Shipping and Returns
We ship via UPS Ground. Depending on your location, it will arrive within 1-5 business days from date of shipment. Expedited shipping is available at an increased cost.
A tracking number will be generated and sent to you once your order has been created and ready for shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
All products that are not custom or specially made for you may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receiving. Buyer is responsible for return shipping if there is nothing wrong with the product. After 7 days, products may be returned with a restocking fee of 15% (will be deducted from your refund).
All items must be returned as they were shipped and without any damage or finishes on the item(s).
Orders Damaged During Shipment
We need a picture of the shipping box and a picture of the damaged area/product to provide with our claim to the shipping company. Once we have those details, we can ship replacement product. We ask that you please assist us in the claims process which may require you to ship the product back to their claims center.
If we shipped your order incorrectly, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you as quickly as possible to make the order correct. Please send a complete list of items missing and we will send the product in one shipment. Once that has shipped, the order will be considered complete and no further items will be shipped.
